All the information regarding the decision is in one place. Once the decision is made, the certificate is created with a push on a button through premade templates.
The list of upcoming certificates is presented on my dashboard. Preparing the certification file with all audits, reports, correspondence, and non-conformities is done automatically. I have all the information I need in one single dashboard ready for analysis. Creating a certificate with all scope, exceptions and other relevant data is generated by a push of a button.

The certification manager gets notified to make a certification decision once recertification is required. When a decision is made the system generates a certificate automatically, following preset guidelines and the clients current certificate.
The system uses all relevant information throughout the system for this certificate: CRM data, birth dates, audit scopes and audits. With a push on a button, a certificate is created, archived in the system, uploaded to the relevant external stakeholders and sent to the client. There are a couple of options regarding the certificate. The certification manager can choose to create a certificate in a PDF form or a purely digital certificate. Both the PDF and the digital certificate can have an QR code for easy access.
The digital certification files we spoke of in the Certification Management are the next step in the TIC industry. These files are created in an instant, without the need for any administration whatsoever. The files are secured with block-chain technology to ensure maximum security. Since the files are digital they are easily interchangeable with third parties and are impossible to alter with. Share your certificates with third parties without worry.
Technically the certificate is already created after the quotation is approved. The creation of the certificate itself is done by the system, using all the relevant information from the audits, the CRM, the correspondence and the scope of the audit. The system creates a digital certification file which can be shared with the client through email or be printed, if they like it the old fashioned way. To make sure this is done in a timely manner the certification manager gets notified on his dashboard about pending certification decisions.
Besides the generation of certificates, the system also allows the creation of the Audit reports. This option is available in the same menu as the certificate and is shared with clients just as easily. Both the certificate and the Audit reports are secure and completely automated. The Audit reports follow a premade template and are available for every preformed audit. Administration does not require any hand-on work, not for the certificate and neither for the Audit reports.
